Who can attend Locksmith Pro Academy classes?
LPA training is exclusively for vetted locksmiths. Every registrant is verified before enrollment is confirmed.
When can I expect my CE certificate after completing a class?
You'll receive your CE certificate within 30 days of completing the training.
What's the cancellation policy?
30+ days before the event: Full refund.
10–29 days before the event: Store credit only, redeemable at UHS Hardware or Key Innovations (your choice).
Within 10 days of the event, or after it's been held: No refund or credit.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to niki.smith@keysholdings.com.
